My mom and I want to send our condolences and prayers for all your family. Your mom and dad were there for three generations of us. Your dad delivered myself, Mary and Hugh and was my daughters doctor when we moved back to Colorado and a few times while we visited in the summers before that. They were just very loving, caring individuals that always put you first. We also enjoyed the times that we got together and had so much fun, like my parents 50th anniversay and my dad's 90th birthday. That was so special to have them present. Love Glaida and Jaryl

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Dr. Straub and Marie delivered all 4 of our children and took care of us all for many years in Flagler and later in Limon. What a pleasant surprise many years later to happen to meet them in a store in Lakewood.
It is with great sadness to see the loss of Marie Straub. She was a wonderful and caring woman. She and Dr. John were a very important part of our lives from 1973 until they moved to Denver in 1980. We worked at the clinic for them for 6 years and came to respect them for what they were able to do for the people of eastern Colorado. She will be missed. Scott and Jan
