Esther stayed busy helping at the Seibert family store and restaurant. In January of 1953 she married Larry Taylor. The first few years of their marriage were spent in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and Oklahoma then settling down in Colorado. She was busy with five children assisting with 4-H, boy scouts, band practice, and athletic events. Esther was a great cook, making some of the best cinnamon rolls, chocolate sour cream cakes and do-dads with homemade Dutch honey. Esther was involved in Bible studies, teaching cameo paint classes, and having a booth at craft shows. She liked to crochet, go bowling, collect recipes, and travel in their camper. Esther is survived by her husband of 63 years, Larry, daughters Carmel (Jerry), Christal (Steve), sons Mark (Betsy), Myron (Tanya) and Oliver (Angela), a sister Ruth and brother Johnny, and numerous nieces and nephews.
