Obituary of Barbara Willey

Barbara A. Willey (Mohn) was born in Hugo, Colorado in May 25, 1934 to Lawrence and Beulah (Olsen) Mohan. She was the first of seven children. She grew up living on a farm southwest of Hugo and graduated from Hugo High School in 1952. Barbara started working at KC Electric and married Henry Willey on November 30, 1957. Barb and Henry lived in Hugo for a short while and then moved. In 1968, they moved to Aurora, Colorado and Barb began working for NIDCO (a medical allergy alert company). In 1980 she chose to babysit one of her nephews and quit her job at NIDCO. In 1984 Barb and Henry moved to Limon, Colorado. Barb later retired but continued to work part time until March on 2011. She was a proud member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church and Altar and Rosary Society. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Henry, her parents Lawrence and Beulah Mohan, and two brothers; James and Larry. She is survived by two brothers; Duane Mohan and Joseph Mohan, two sisters; Margaret “Peggy” Bandy and Coleen Newman and numerous nieces and nephews.
