My husband and I would like to express our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of your beloved Carmelita. Although we never had the privilege of knowing Carmelita personally we wanted to share with you comfort from God's Word, found in John 5:28,29. Here we are given the wonderful hope of the resurrection of our dear loved ones, here on earth, just as Lazarus was in John 11. Have comfort in knowing that our Heavenly Father shares our pain and sorrow when someone we love dies.( Psalm 34:18) Remember also, memories shared are memories cherished, share them with all who knew and loved her, may they bring joy and peace to your hearts as you begin to heal. Take care of yourselves and each other during this very difficult time.

Dear May Family,
My prayers and thoughts are toward those who have passed away and for those who suffer the loss of a loved one. I am so sorry for your loss of Carmie, my deepest sympathies. This makes me think of the wonderful promise in the scriptures when we will be able to see our loved ones again. Jesus draws our attention to this promise at Luke 23:42, 43. May you be reunited with your loved one soon in paradise when such tragedies will be a thing of the past, Psalm 37:11, 29! It is my hope that these verses bring you some hopefulness at this sad time.
With heartfelt condolences,
The Munro Family

My sincere condolences for the loss of your much loved one. At Psalms 90:10 we are told that those who live to their eighties have a "special mightiness". No doubt you found this true in Carmelita. One day soon we will live at a time when no one will be sick or die (Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:3, 4) Until that time, may the God (Jehovah) of all comfort bring you hope and comfort during this time of sorrow. (2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17)

A hui ho Aunt Carmie. I will always remember you for your laughing eyes, big smile, outgoing demeanor, welcoming heart and how you were such a "snappy" (classy) dresser. Your love for your family was always evident in everything you did, and I know that you will be missed. My sympathies to all the May boys (the same thing my mom called your dad and all her brothers!) and Mary. Love and hugs to you. Until the time you will all be together again, those smiling eyes will be looking down on you and she will be there to guide you as she always has, with your dad standing alongside her. Love & Deepest sympathy.

My condolences goes out to the family and friends of Carmelita May. Losing a loved one is never easy. We all want to spend our lives with the ones we love and death gets in the way of that. But what brings me comfort is Acts 24:15 where it says there is going to be a resurrection. So it's reassuring to know that I will see my loved one again and so can you. I hope this has comforted you and may your loved one rest in peace.
