Obituary of Linda M DeDiemar

Linda Mae Corlew DeDiemar age 74 of Bennett, Colordo, went home to be with her Lord on October 22, 2021. Linda was born May 9, 1947 in Morris, Illinois, to Everett E. (Gene) and Georgia (Klinker) Corlew. During her childhood she played the accordion and accepted Jesus as her savior at a young age. She spent many Sundays with her family singing hymns and country western music. Linda graduated from Morris High School and attended North Central Bible College in Minneapolis, MN. Linda married Donald DeDiemar on March 25th, 1967. To this union was a daughter, Elizabeth DeDiemar (Carlson) of Bennett, Colorado, and a son Jonathan (Aydrian) DeDiemar of Aurora, Colorado. She had a brother Ray (Pat) Corlew, of Gladstone, MO, a sister; Peggy (Vern) Ostrander, of Pleasant hill, IA, a sister; Rita (Neil) Swanson of Morris, IL. She worked as a dietitian for several years and enjoyed quilting, crocheting and listening to gospel music. She served many years at Heritage Christian Center helping at the food pantry in Denver, Colorado and working with the Missionettes. She especially loved and enjoyed helping her children and grandchildren and made sure her granddaughter made the Missionette Honor Star. Linda is survived by her loving husband Donald J. DeDiemar of Bennett, Colorado, her daughter, Elizabeth Carlson of Bennett, Colorado, her son Jonathan (Aydrian) DeDiemar of Aurora, Colorado. Grandchildren; Levi Rogers, Bennett, Colorado, Cameron Carlson, Bennett, Colorado, Janai DeDiemar, Houston, Texas, Charis DeDiemar, Aurora, Colorado, Alixx Barnett, Aurora, Colorado, Ashleigh Barnett, Aurora, Colorado, Bradley Shafer, Aurora, Colorado, and a great-grandchild; Anthony Crichlow. Also several nieces and nephews. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Everett E. (Gene) Corlew and Georgia Corlew.
