Dear Family and Friends of Cal Zimbleman. We were very sorry to hear of Calvin's passing. I wanted to share one little memory of Cal. He sold me the diamond engagemant ring and wedding band for my engagement and subsequant marriage to Phyllis in the fall of 1963. It was the best investment I ever made. We just celebrated our 44th anniversary. Our hearts go out to you. Don & Phyllis Bishop

Dorothy, Jay, Kim and families: We were so saddened to hear of Cal's passing. What a wonderful man he was! My first memories of Cal revolved around softball, of course, and the many weekends we spent in the basement of your home in between games! My parents enjoyed the friendship of Cal & Dorothy as some of their "St. Francis" buddies! We are sending all of you our thoughts and prayers, and know that there will be tough days ahead, but all of you have so many wonderful memories to get you through those times. Our love, Corey & Gail Roy - Katharine & Bethany

Dorothy, Jay(and family), and Kimi(and family), You all are in our prayers! We pray you find comfort during this time of loss! I will always remember the time Cal took our cheerleading team up to Denver for a clinic.....what fun! Not everyone could handle a bunch of teenage girls for 3 days. But he did.....and very gracefully. Actually, I think he had more fun than we did. Miss ya Cal! Bev

Dorothy - Kim and family - Jay and family, We are sorry to hear of your tremendous loss. Thinking of Calvin brings back lots of memories. When I was a sophomore in high school, I worked at the DQ, I purchased my first watch from Zimbleman jewelry. Cal let me have the watch immediately and I made several more payments. This led to more purchases over the years. Jake purchased my first diamond ring from Cal when we were to marry. Later, the babies came and Cal always gave you a personalized baby spoon - even tho Leland and Kimberly were born elsewhere he still gave me a spoon. Later came diamond earrings, 25th Wedding Anniversary plate - all purchased at Zimbleman Jewelry. Then came the karaoke Cal did for Leland's wedding and of course all the many dances Cal provided the music for. Cal has always been a pillar in the community and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. May God Bless You All! Blessings - Joyce and Jake
