View Video Tribute Gerard C. “Jerryâ€? Dauberman, age 73 of Limon, Colorado passed away October 13, 2008 in Colorado Springs, CO. Jerry was born April 6, 1935 in Brooklyn, New York to Charles and Mildred F. (Heilig) Dauberman. He attended school in Brooklyn at Grover Cleveland Public School. Jerry entered the United States Army in September of 1955 and was honorably discharged in 1963. Jerry married Carole Helen Bissett in 1969 in Glendale, New York. In 1971 Jerry and family moved to Denver, Colorado where he was employed at the Gates Rubber Company as a maintenance mechanic. Jerry moved to Limon in 2004 to be near his daughter Carolyn and family. Jerry was a member of the Catholic Faith and was a Knights of Columbus member. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, taking pictures and walking. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife. Jerry is survived by his son Christopher Dauberman of Aurora, CO, two daughters Kathleen and husband Jim White of Parker, CO, and Carolyn and husband Richard Howard of Limon, CO. Also surviving is a brother Ronald and wife Joyce Dauberman of Lehigh acres, FL, a sister Milly and husband Bob Schaefer of Brooklyn, NY and four grand children: Cody McCormick, Jessica White, Ryan White, and Justin Paetzold. A funeral service for Gerard “Jerryâ€?
